Blue Light Glasses Replacement Policy

At Gry Mattr, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our blue light glasses. If your frames have experienced a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.

Replacement Eligibility:

We offer a one-time replacement for blue light glasses that meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased at full price through grymattr.com or one of our authorized retail partners.
    Frames purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are not eligible for replacement.

  • The issue occurred within 6 months of the original purchase date.

  • The damage is due to a manufacturing defect (not due to accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear).

What You'll Need:

To process your request, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

  • A clear photo showing the issue with the glasses.

Once we receive your information, our team will review your submission. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement pair at no additional charge.
